Fiscal Year 2022 NC CASC Funding Opportunity

The NC CASC invites Statements of Interest (SOI) from eligible applicants for projects to be initiated in Fiscal Year (FY) 2022. Proposed projects should address high-priority natural or cultural resource management issues that can benefit from climate-informed planning and adaptation management and pertain to priority research topics for the North Central Region.

North Central CASC priority research topics for this funding opportunity include:

  • Topic A: Fish, wildlife, and their habitats under a changing climate
  • Topic B: The future of hydrologic flows
  • Topic C: Ecological transformation and extremes

Informational webinars will be held:

  • The National CASC Network will host an informational webinar and question and answer session pertaining to this network-wide solicitation on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Noon MST
  • NC CASC will host an informational webinar/Q&A session pertaining to the NC CASC’s specific research priorities, evaluation criteria, and funding flows on Friday, February 19, 2021 at Noon MST

Statements of Interest (SOIs) are due Friday, March 19, 2021 at 3pm MST.
