During a press briefing for AGU 2020, Kelsey Satalino from CIRES/NIDIS highlighted the National Integrated Drought Information System's (NIDIS) Drought Portal (drought.gov):

"The new Drought.gov will allow for viewing drought conditions at higher resolution than ever before. The old site went down to the state level, now you can view data all the way down to the county level."
