New Report: Climate Change in Colorado

New Report: Climate Change in Colorado

Date

A recent report led by Becky Bolinger and colleagues at Colorado State University synthesizes and highlights the most recent research on climate change in Colorado. This is the third edition of “Climate Change in Colorado” (previous editions came out in 2008 and 2014).

NC CASC Social Science and Climate Science Leads, Heather Yocum and Imtiaz Rangwala, reviewed and contributed to this report. Authors summarized trends in climate and hydrology, along with associated hazards, by interpreting and updating models and projections. The report will serve as an important resource for Colorado’s land managers and researchers, and sets a precedent for ongoing, state-led climate change synthesis reports.
