USGS Announces New Leaders for Five Regional Climate Adaptation Science Centers

Yesterday, the US Geological Survey published a national news release announcing five new Regional Administrators (formerly known as “directors”) for the Climate Adaptation Science Centers (CASCs). USGS senior administrator of the National CASC, Doug Beard, stated, “They are true leaders in the fields of climate adaptation and actionable science, and they bring a wealth of valuable experience to the network.”
The new Regional Administrators are:
Olivia LeDee, Midwest CASC
Molly Cross, North Central CASC
Carrie Brown-Lima, Northeast CASC
Suzanne Von Cooten, South Central CASC
Stephanie McAfee, Southwest CASC
