Terri Schulz

Terri Schulz has worked for Colorado Nature Conservancy for more than 30 years. She earned a B.S. in Wildlife Biology and a M.S. in Range Ecology from Colorado State University. As senior conservation ecologist, Terri leads large-scale conservation planning efforts including strategic planning and has trained TNC and partner staff in the Rocky Mountains as well as in Thailand, Kenya, Mongolia, China and India. She is also the conservation coach network lead for North America; on a coordination committee for the Conservation Coaches Network; and on the board of the Conservation Measures Partnership.  In addition to planning, Terri is a science leader in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) programs as well as advising on land management decisions on TNC properties and Conservation Easement projects for Colorado TNC. Terri also led a team incorporating biodiversity into an existing vegetation and soil app called LandPKS.  The project created landowner/manager focused factsheets written for more than 100 plant and animal species in North America.
