Courtney Schultz is Professor of Forest Policy and Governance. Her work focuses on topics at the intersection of science and policy, including policy innovations to support collaborative landscape restoration, effective fire management, and climate change adaptation on US forestlands. She serves as the Director of CSU’s School of Sustainable Futures and leads the CSU Climate Adaptation Partnership (CAP), which coordinates and accelerates interdisciplinary research and facilitates science-informed, just, and holistic social and ecological adaptation policies in a changing climate.
