Megan Moore is an ORISE stakeholder engagement fellow with the North Central and Northwest Climate Adaptation Centers. She is a social scientist with a research background in rural community transitions, climate adaptation strategies, and community resilience across the U.S. West. She also has experience in natural resource management conflict resolution.
In her current position, Megan acts as a connector between five eco-hydrologic projects that examine the impacts of climate change. She works to develop and evaluate engagement plans to facilitate knowledge sharing and support project success. She also identifies how temporal and spatial scales align for products and decision-making.
Megan received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, Political Science, and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Master of Science in Geography from Montana State University, and Doctorate in Forest and Conservation Sciences from the University of Montana. When she is not in the office, she enjoys searching for the perfect donut and exploring hidden gems throughout Montana.
